The 5Star DEALERsureSM Program is an exclusive multi-line property/casualty program providing coverage for rural and
suburban franchised and non-franchised auto or truck dealerships, wholesalers and auto auctions. DEALERsureSM is offered
through an A+ XV rated carrier and is backed by our over 20 years experience writing auto related risks.
Eligible Classes*
- Non-franchised or small franchised retail auto or truck dealers with no service or repair
- Non-franchised or small franchised retail auto or truck dealers with service and/or repair if less than 40% of total revenues
- Small Auto Auctions/Wholesale dealers
- *Including but not limited to those listed
Available Products
- Auto Liability: $1,000,000
- Other Than Auto Liability: $1,000,000 per occ & $2,000,000 aggregate
- Business Auto Physical Damage:
- $100,000 per PPT vehicle
- $250,000 per commercial types
- No-fault & Uninsured Motorist: per state requirements
- Medical Payments: $5,000
- Garage Liability (Dealers Only): $1,000,000
- Dealers Open Lot (Dealers Only): $300,000 per location & $500,000 per policy (higher limits available with underwriter approval)
- Hired Car Liability Limit: $1,000,000
- Non-Owned Auto Liability Limit: $1,000,000
- Garage Keepers Legal Liability: $ 250,000 (higher limits available with underwriter approval)
- Property: $1,000,000 subject to construction, location and protection class
- General Liability $1,000,000
- Inland Marine maximum $50,000 (higher limits available with underwriter approval)
- Various ancillary coverages required for dealers
- Commercial Crime
- Workers' Compensation available in most states

Major Exclusions
- Tire recapping or sales of retread tires
- Sale of used tires
- Dismantling, salvage or recycling operations
- Sales of used parts
- Accounts with body shop or paint shops (does not include work performed on owned vehicles held for sale)
- Jet Ski, ATV, RV, vintage/antique/specialty vehicles or motorcycle dealers or repair rental or leasing operations

- Nationwide except AL, AK, CT, DC, HI, KY, MA, ME, MN, ND, NH, RI, SD and VT
