Major Coverage Exclusions
- Adaptive / Disabled Driver Training; Driving Testing Centers; Student's vehicle is used for training (it is acceptable to conduct the final exam in the student's vehicle)

- Annual premiums to $300,000
- Fleets up to 50 power units
- $1,000,000 CSL / $5,000 Medical Payments / $1,000,000 UM / State Statutory PIP, Stated Amount Physical Damage - deductibles up to $25,000
Submission Requirements
- ACORD Applications
- Driver Training Schools Supplemental Application, MVRs
- Loss Runs (current + first 2 previous policy terms)
- PPT units must have dual controls; driving instructors must be certified with 2 years experience
