- Residential Curbside Pickup involving more than 25% manual lifting (excluding recycling operations)
- Underground Mining Operations
- Risks Operating as a PEO or Temporary Staffing Agency
- Risks subject to USL&H, Defense Base Act, Jones Act, FELA, or other Federal Acts
